-We are doubling our inbound customer care team in the Hospitality industry for the high Season, so we already opened our qualification process for this project.
-In case you would like to start working on a project from the end of April (in the high season), after qualifying yourself to our Talent Pool, you will have time to integrate to our online International Community and get to know your colleagues, before starting to train and work in this amazing, high speed, fun project.
-We have further opportunities, new projects coming up shortly, so it is time to ensure your place in our amazing teams!
-2 or more years of Call Center -Experience (Inbound/Outbound)
-Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
-Computing Skills- strong user level
-You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
-You are a strong multitasker, with experience in using more online tools at the same time for work
-German is your mother tongue language
-Good communication skills in written and spoken English
-College or University Degree is also an advantage
We will ask you to have:
-Wired, USB plug-in Headset
Internet:
-Broadband internet connection ( 10 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload)
-Ethernet based LAN connection
Hardware Requirements:
-Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferred)
-RAM: 8 GB RAM upwards
-Available Storage: 10Gb minimum
-Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080
Operating System
-Microsoft Windows: 10 upwards
-MacOs: 12 upwards
