The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing complex precision parts using die-sink EDM and wire EDM machines, leveraging a modern CAD/CAM programming system.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Utilize die-sink EDM and wire EDM machines to manufacture precision components.</p><p>Work within a team of skilled technicians to produce small series or single-piece manufacturing.</p><p>Develop machining strategies, tooling choices, and clamping methods.</p><p>Conduct quality assessment and ensure compliance with industry standards.</p><p>Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and innovation.</p><p><strong>Required Skills & Competencies:</strong></p><p>Experience operating EDM machines (die sinking and wire cutting).</p><p>Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming.</p><p>Strong understanding of high-precision mechanical manufacturing processes.</p><p>Ability to work in a cleanroom environment when required.</p><p>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>Passion for technology and hands-on production work.</p><p>Markets & Industries Served:Our company provides high-precision components to various industries, including:</p><p>Semiconductor: Linear motors, air bearings, lens housings, sensor suspensions, and more.</p><p>Aerospace: Flight-critical safety parts, including aircraft structural parts, gear housings, and satellite components.</p><p>Optical Industry: Development and manufacturing of opto-mechanical modules and components.</p><p>Scientific Applications: Mechanical parts for analytical and scientific equipment.</p><p>Company Mission & Vision:We aim to be a leading provider in the subcontracting industry for high-precision mechanical systems.
