<p><strong>Job Description:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To reinforce our department in Aalbeke, we are looking for a motivated collaborator. After a training phase, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production, machinery, and robots, actively participating in preventive maintenance to avoid malfunctions.&nbsp;</p><p>In collaboration with the operator, you will monitor the process, adjust and configure machines and robots to ensure safe and high-quality production. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the production process and reliability of the facilities in the areas of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical engineering. You will be able to detect, locate, and independently resolve faults/malfunctions via Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7. You will regularly report your progress to team leaders and operators.&nbsp;</p><p>Within the context of 5S, you will keep the facilities and the workplace clean and organized. You will actively promote the safety policy within our organization.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;• Passion for technology, with technical training or experience, preferably in an industrial environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;• Solution-oriented, eager to learn, and with strong analytical skills. • Familiarity with PLC programs (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal) and frequency converters.&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</p><p>• Skillful, structured, and organized.&nbsp;</p><p>• Comfortable in an industrial environment.&nbsp;</p><p>• French-speaking and/or Dutch-speaking.&nbsp;</p><p>• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning and afternoon during the week, weekends and holidays) and on-call services.</p><p>Offer: • Ongoing internal training with guidance from an experienced colleague.&nbsp;</p><p>• Stimulating and familiar production environment within an international group that values well-being, quality, energy, and the environment.
