Job Summary

We are looking for a Test Engineer to qualify high-tech mechatronic systems and modules in a clean room environment (2-shift system or daytime). You will ensure final product quality before customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect, adjust, calibrate, and perform endurance tests on complex modules
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to process improvements and early issue identification
• ~20% mechanical work / 80% testing activities

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (EQF level 3,4,5) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, aerospace, automotive, or similar
• Comfortable working in a clean room
• Precise, analytical, and protocol-driven
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Open to training and continuous improvement

What We Offer

• Salary: €3,500 – €4,100 gross/month (based on experience)
• Shift allowance: 20%
• Holiday allowance: 8.33%
• ADV allowance: 5% monthly
