Assembler (Cleanroom) – Precision Industry

Job Description

We are looking for skilled technicians to perform high-precision assembly in a cleanroom environment. You will be part of a team responsible for assembling complex, small-scale mechanical modules for industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, and optics.

You will work based on technical drawings and strict quality procedures, performing fine assembly, measurement, and quality control in a highly controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine assembly of high-precision modules and systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production documentation
• Measuring, registering, and ensuring product quality
• Performing delicate tasks such as gluing and soldering small components
• Following strict quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Technical education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar – mid-level)
• Experience reading technical drawings
• High level of accuracy, focus, and manual dexterity
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Interest in working in a cleanroom environment

Conditions

• Salary: €42,900 – €52,000 gross per year
• 25 paid vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance
