5-axis CNC millers to work in a high-end precision environment.

The candidate should have:
•    Experience with 3-, 4- or preferably 5-axis CNC milling
•    Experience with titanium or stainless steel
•    Experience working with tight tolerances (there they will work with micron tolerances)
•    Experience with Heidenhain or Fanuc
•    Strong ability to read complex technical drawings
•    Experience with setups and clamping constructions
Programming is done by a CAM department, so we do NOT require full programming skills.
However, the candidate must understand machining processes deeply.

Important Experience Indicators
The ideal candidate has experience with:
•    Long machining cycles (30-100+ hours per part)
•    In-process measuring and quality checks
•    Working in structured, procedure-driven environments
•    Working with separate quality departments
 

Working Hours and Conditions
• Salary according to CAO Metalektro
• Salary indication approximately €3.450 – €4.945 gross per month depending on
experience incl. 15% shift allowance
• 25 vacation days

The position works in a 2 -shift system:
• One week day shift (Monday –Friday)
• One week afternoon shift (Monday –Thursday, Friday off)
You receive a 15% shift allowance on all worked hours.
Exact salary depends on experience, independence level and 5 - axis expertise.
